All businesses need to have a great set of systems in order to operate successfully. Many fitness businesses have owners that are fantastic fitness professional and super motivated to help their clients. This is why they became personal trainers, physiotherapist, boot camp instructors or strength coaches and eventually led them to open a fitness business of their own. The problem is that having a passion or even being fantastic at motivating people will not mean you are going to have success managing your fitness business.
What creates success in your Fitness Business?

The answer is to use good solid systems to achieve success. The more you parts of your fitness business you can automate and systemize the better off you will be.
There are four parts to a good system and you need all four it would be like driving a car on three wheels you just won’t get anywhere. To help fitness professional I have come up with a formula to assist you in systemising your fitness business.
P.A.C.E. for Fitness Businesses
Plan: Identify the different processes necessary in order to achieve your fitness business objectives. Once you have the parts you can start to break down the procedures for their operations based of your overall goals.
Action: The implementation of your procedures that are identified in your plan. By executing all the processes and the procedures that have been identified as critical you will achieve success.
Check: Do not expect what you do not inspect. You need to set up metrics and ways that you can view and inspect what is happening in order to allow your fitness business to flourish.
Evolve: Life is dynamic and so should your fitness business be in order to survive. Evolution happens because we cannot control the situations in life we can only control our responses to them.
