2. How many different items/packages do I sell?
3. How do I track what people have purchased against what they have used?
4. Do I have a system for automating my billing process?
5. Can I quickly report on my key performance indicators for any given time frame?

If you don't have easy to use, easy to replicate solutions to these questions you might want to get some systems in place. If you answered yes then CONGRATULATIONS you are ready to expand into new areas!
